Kandia’s skill and eye for talent are just a few of her finest qualities.

She has not only developed an effective brand strategy for my company but also has enhanced my personal brand visibility.

As a result, I‘m a co-host on one of PBS’s longest-running cooking shows, America’s Test Kitchen, and my brand, SheChef Inc. is growing exponentially.

Kandia helped me discover more clarity and hone in on how to share my story.

She provides the tools and resources you need to do things on your own which in the long run gives you another level of expertise in managing your vision. Kandia presented a level of authenticity that was relatable and professional. Her vulnerability made me comfortable to share my own story."

Since getting clear and confident about sharing her story, Sasha along with her co-founder has launched a podcast Amerikan Therapy, an HBCU Mental Health College Tour, and landed press features in Rolling Out, MyTV Baltimore, AfroNews, and more.

Kandia reignited my inner magic.

Recently I read the first email I wrote to Kandia for help, and I had a good laugh. At a time, my life was seemingly collapsing, was beaten to the ground, and not just that, I was struggling with my self-esteem, and nothing made sense.

All I knew, I was a failure.

Kandia has held my hand, challenged me, helped me battle impostor syndrome, self-sabotage, failure & rejection.  A few of the greatest lessons I have learned from her is: "We always have a chance to turn things around, to learn and grow."

"Everybody wants a seat at the table. But are you prepared to speak up for yourself when you're offered a seat at the table?"

I reached out to her when my voice was barely audible.  Now, I am the loudest on those catch-up meetings and I can confidently ask questions about different things and in a composed manner. I wasn't able to do it last year.
